Hi, I'm Jessica, a Developmental Educator, Disability Specialist and founder of Cr8 Inclusion. With a Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education, I support neurodivergent individuals of all ages within South Australia (online for all locations) through my person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming approach. Whether you're seeking advocacy tools, professional training, or individual capacity building support, for your child, your family or even yourself (specialising in late ADHD and Autism diagnosis) I'm here to help you create positive change with practical, evidence-based strategies that celebrate neurodiversity. Ready to work together?

profile

Cr8 Inclusion offers one-to-one therapeutic support, parent and carer coaching, ADHD-informed support, and professional development for educators, services and support worker agencies. Whether you’re navigating school meetings, daily routines at home, life transitions or complex interoception and sensory needs, we work alongside you to design supports that are realistic, sustainable and strengths-based.

1:1 Developmental Education & Therapeutic Support

Person-centred sessions for neurodivergent children, teens and adults. We explore executive functioning, sensory processing, interoception, emotional regulation, communication, daily living skills, goal setting and transition support. Sessions can be online, in-clinic or in-home across Aldinga to Glenelg, with options for both NDIS-funded and private services. Ideal for people wanting capacity building that feels validating, not pathologising.

Parent and Carer Coaching

Gentle, practical support for parents and carers of autistic and ADHD children and teens, including those with ODD or PDA profiles. We unpack behaviour through a nervous system and interoception lens, co-create scripts and advocacy plans for school meetings, and design realistic routines that reduce conflict and burnout for the whole family.

ADHD-informed Support Across the Lifespan

Specialised support for ADHD, including late-identified adults as well as children and teens. We explore executive functioning, motivation, sensory and interoception needs, and everyday systems that fit real life. Sessions draw on deep, up-to-date knowledge of ADHD across the lifespan, with a strong focus on self-understanding, self-compassion and practical tools you can actually use, alongside any medication supports.
